These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoBizly website and your purchase or use of GoBizly services.
By using our website, submitting an enquiry, purchasing a service, or engaging GoBizly for services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About GoBizly
GoBizly provides digital services for new and growing businesses, including services such as:
Website design and setup
Google Business Profile setup and management
Social media setup and management
Business branding
WhatsApp Business setup
Content creation
Google Ads management
Meta Ads management
Digital presence setup and related support
The specific services included in each package are described on our website, quotation, proposal, invoice or other written communication provided to the customer.
2. Eligibility
By using our website or purchasing our services, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
The information you provide to GoBizly is accurate and complete.
You have the authority to act on behalf of the business or organisation you represent, where applicable.
You will use our services for lawful business purposes.
If you are acting on behalf of a company, organisation or another business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
3. Services and Scope
GoBizly provides services according to the package, proposal, quotation, order or written scope agreed with the customer.
Services included in a package are limited to the features and quantities specified for that package.
Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional services and may involve additional charges.
GoBizly will communicate additional charges before undertaking material additional work wherever reasonably possible.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices displayed on the GoBizly website are subject to change.
The applicable price will generally be the price communicated or agreed at the time of purchase.
GoBizly currently offers different pricing structures, which may include:
One-time packages
Monthly subscriptions
Annual plans
Applicable taxes, third-party charges or other costs will be communicated separately where applicable.
Payment must be made according to the payment terms communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Annual and Monthly Plans
Where an annual plan is selected, the applicable annual fee is payable according to the agreed billing terms.
Where monthly billing is available, the applicable monthly fee is charged according to the selected billing arrangement.
Annual and monthly pricing may differ because annual plans may include a discounted effective price.
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Third-Party Services and Costs
Some GoBizly services depend on third-party platforms and providers.
These may include:
Domain registrars
Hosting providers
Google
Meta
WhatsApp
Analytics platforms
Payment providers
Software and technology providers
Other third-party platforms required for specific services
Third-party charges are generally separate from GoBizly's service fees unless specifically stated otherwise.
Examples may include domain renewal, premium software, hosting, advertising spend, paid plugins, subscriptions and other external services.
GoBizly is not responsible for third-party pricing changes, outages, policy changes, account restrictions, approval decisions or service interruptions.
7. Advertising Services
Where GoBizly manages Google Ads, Meta Ads or other advertising campaigns:
Advertising spend is separate from GoBizly's management fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, offers, pricing and promotional claims.
Advertising campaigns are subject to the policies and approval processes of the relevant advertising platform.
GoBizly does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, sales, conversions or return on advertising spend.
Advertising performance may change due to competition, market conditions, platform algorithms, auction conditions, customer demand, budget and other factors.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required to deliver the services.
This may include:
Business information
Contact details
Business descriptions
Logos and brand assets
Images
Product or service information
Pricing
Offers and promotions
Website content
Social media content
Required account access
Approvals and feedback
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving materials before publication where approval is requested.
Delays caused by missing information, approvals, access or customer responses may affect delivery timelines.
9. Customer Ownership of Digital Accounts
Where accounts are created for a customer, GoBizly's intention is that the customer's business should retain ownership and control of its own digital assets wherever technically and commercially possible.
These may include:
Domain
Website
Google Business Profile
Instagram account
Facebook Page
Meta Business account
Google Ads account
Other business accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate ownership, administrator access and account security.
GoBizly may require appropriate access to manage services on the customer's behalf.
10. Website and Content
GoBizly may create or manage website content, layouts, graphics, business information and other digital materials as part of the agreed services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to GoBizly is accurate.
Customers must not provide content that:
Infringes another person's intellectual property rights
Is unlawful
Is fraudulent or misleading
Violates applicable advertising rules
Contains unauthorised personal information
Violates the policies of relevant platforms
GoBizly may refuse to publish or manage content that it reasonably believes may be unlawful, misleading, harmful or in violation of third-party platform policies.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers retain ownership of original business materials they provide to GoBizly, such as their logo, photographs, trademarks and business information.
GoBizly retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, processes, systems, methodologies, tools and proprietary materials.
Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, themes and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.
Where a customer pays for custom work created specifically for them, ownership or usage rights will be determined by the applicable proposal, invoice or written agreement.
12. Service Timelines
GoBizly will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the estimated timeframe communicated to the customer.
Timelines may vary depending on:
Customer responsiveness
Availability of required information
Approvals
Third-party platforms
Technical issues
Scope changes
Additional requirements
An estimated delivery time is not a guarantee unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
13. Revisions and Approvals
Where revisions are included in a package, they will be limited to the number or scope communicated for that service.
Major changes to an approved design, website structure, content or campaign may be treated as additional work.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final materials.
14. Support and Maintenance
Support and maintenance included in a package are limited to the scope described in the applicable package or proposal.
Support does not automatically include:
Major website redesigns
New pages beyond the agreed scope
Extensive content creation
New integrations
Major technical development
Third-party subscription costs
Advertising spend
Services not included in the purchased package
Additional work may be quoted separately.
15. Results and Performance
GoBizly aims to provide practical and professional digital solutions.
However, we do not guarantee specific business results, including:
Search engine rankings
Number of website visitors
Social media followers
Leads
Sales
Revenue
Advertising conversions
Return on advertising spend
Google Business Profile rankings
Specific advertising performance
Business and marketing results depend on many factors outside GoBizly's control.
16. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GoBizly's services or website to:
Conduct unlawful activities
Commit fraud
Distribute malware
Misuse another person's personal information
Infringe intellectual property rights
Publish unlawful or deceptive content
Circumvent platform restrictions
Abuse GoBizly personnel or systems
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts
GoBizly may suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary to address serious violations.
17. Privacy and Personal Data
GoBizly may collect and process personal information when you use our website, submit an enquiry, communicate with us or purchase our services.

22. Suspension and Termination

Payments are overdue
The customer materially breaches these Terms
The customer uses the service unlawfully
The customer provides fraudulent or misleading information
Continued service creates a significant legal, security or operational risk
A third-party platform prevents the service from being provided
Where appropriate, GoBizly may provide reasonable notice before termination.
Any refund following termination will be handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
23. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the GoBizly website.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy regarding refunds, the specific Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply to the extent of that conflict.
Nothing in our refund policy is intended to remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GoBizly will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use of our services.
GoBizly is not responsible for losses caused by:
Third-party platform outages
Account suspensions by Google, Meta, WhatsApp or other platforms
Changes to third-party algorithms or policies
Customer-provided inaccurate information
Customer delays
Unauthorised access caused by customer-side security failures
Events outside GoBizly's reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
25. Force Majeure
GoBizly will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, widespread technology outages, cyber incidents, platform outages, strikes, or other circumstances that materially prevent performance.
26. Changes to Services
GoBizly may modify, discontinue or update services, packages, features or pricing from time to time.
Changes will not affect services already paid for during an existing service period unless reasonably necessary due to legal, security, technical or third-party requirements.
27. Changes to These Terms
GoBizly may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the website or services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
